Import: on your Mac, Calendar → File → Export → Export…, then pick that file. Events show as busy time so plans work around them.
On iPhone: Calendar → Calendars → ⓘ next to your calendar → turn on Public Calendar → Share Link → Copy, then paste it here. It syncs every 30 minutes; anyone with the link can see that calendar.
Everything you add to this schedule (study blocks, plans, automatic study time) appears in Apple Calendar as a calendar named “Semester Desk” and stays up to date. Events that came from iCloud aren't copied back. Keep the link private; Reset link turns the old one off.
In Canvas: Calendar → Calendar Feed (bottom right) → copy the link and paste it here. Assignments sync every 30 minutes. Keep the link private: anyone who has it can see your due dates. The feed doesn't say what you've turned in, so check finished work off here.
